Strong and severe storms continue to push across central and eastern Kentucky. This action should begin to wind down over the next few hours.
A group of downtown Lexington neighbors are growing increasingly uncomfortable after several of them have spotted a "Peeping Tom" looking into their homes and apartments. The individual has been spotted looking into residences along 2nd and Short Streets in downtown since about December.
Kim Thomas has seen the "Peeping Tom" on three separate occasions looking into her or her neighbor's apartment. She decided to form a group called United Neighbors of Downtown Lexington. The hope is that neighbors in the area can exchange information about the "Peeping Tom" and ultimately, get him arrested.
"The best thing would be if we could get a picture of him," Thomas said.
Thomas led a meeting of area residents at Victorian Square Saturday morning. Group members shared their stories about the "Peeping Tom" and agreed to try to get a good description of the individual to give to police. They also agreed to keep each other informed of sightings and look out for one another.
