'Not guilty' verdict in Richmond officer's investigation

A not guilty verdict Monday night from a Madison County jury in the trial of three police officers.

Richmond police officers Garry Murphy, Brian Hensley, and James Rogers were accused of trying to intimidate a woman who initially accused them of sexually assaulting her.

The woman later took back her story, but investigators say the men tried to influence her testimony.

All three have been suspended without pay.
