Police not planning to file charges for shooting death of 12-year-old

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Louisville police say they don't plan to
file charges in the death of a 12-year-old boy who was fatally shot
by his half brother.
Police spokesman Dwight Mitchell says the Monday afternoon
shooting appears to have been accidental.
Authorities say Darius Tucker was fatally shot while he and the
his 14-year-old half brother were playing with a handgun in his
home.
Mitchell wouldn't elaborate on how the shooting happened but
said the investigation is ongoing.
