He is becoming more of a nuisance for Lexington Police -- the peeping tom who was spotted again early Thursday.

This time, a man walking along 2nd Street spotted the peeper getting off of his bike, walking through yards and looking into homes at the intersection of Jefferson Street, near downtown.

Police officers say they questioned two people in the area at the time, who may have matched the peeper's description, but didn't arrest either man. Officers tell 27 NEWSFIRST they will continue to investigate.

Meanwhile, a woman living downtown is so concerned about the peeping tom, she has formed a group called, "United Neighbors of Downtown Lexington."

The group is working to keep one another informed of the peeping tom's activity in hopes of catching him.

The group met this past Saturday morning at Victorian Square and plan to meet again this weekend.
