Arrests made for burglaries at gas station and home

Some arrests have been made for burglaries at a home and a gas station in Nicholasville.

On the night of March 26, Nicholasville Police say they were called to the Pit Stop Gas Station on Richmond Avenue.

Police say a Fish and Wildlife officer noticed a broken glass door while passing by the gas station. Police say when the officer pulled into the parking lot, a man ran out of the building through the broken door, and took off toward some woods.

Police soon found a girl walking around near the gas station. They say she told them she was the lookout person for that burglary.

After an investigation, police later arrested 19-year-old Michael Fox. He's now charged with third degree burglary for the incident at the gas station, and second degree burglary for a break-in at a home on March 25.

Police also charged two juvenile girls with second degree burglary for the break-in at the home.
