Lexington Police are looking for a man who assaulted a delivery guy, then robbing him of his food and money. Now Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to an arrest in this case.

On January 15th around 11:00 p.m., a delivery person with the Happy China restaurant was dropping off food on Rogers Road when he was approached by a man who claimed he had ordered the food.

"A male black in his 20's, probably 5'6", 180 pounds, clean-shaven who demanded the food and the money", says Detective Elizabeth Adams with Lexington Police.

Police have now released a sketch of the man they say is responsible for the robbery and assaulted the delivery person.

"The suspect won the struggle. He pushed the delivery driver away and then bolted from the apartment complex", says Detective Elizabeth Adams.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to an arrest in this case. Call Crime Stoppers at 859-253-2020. It's a free call and they don't want your name, just your information.
