Small plane crashes at fairgrounds

An investigation is underway into a plane that crashed at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville.

Rescuers had to cut the pilot out of the single-engine plane, which was headed to the Louisville International Airport.

Witnesses say it's a miracle the plane didn't crash into an I-65 overpass.

The pilot suffered non life-threatening injuries.

There is no word on where the flight originated.
