A line of strong to severe storms will race across central and eastern Kentucky over the next several hours.
A man was killed after his car ran off the road and hit an embankment.
The crash happened just after 2 Wednesday morning on U.S. 42 near Warsaw in Gallatin County.
State Police say 50-year-old James Bayes, of Glencoe, crossed the center line of the road, then hit an embankment.
The Gallatin County coroner pronounced Bayes dead at the scene.
Police say alcohol may have been a factor in the crash, but they're still investigating.
