Flight Attendant Free On Bond After Arrest

Days after she was pulled off a plane at Blue Grass Airport a flight attendant, accused of drinking on the job and threatening the pilot, is now out of jail.

Sarah Mills walked out of the Fayette County Detention Center on Tuesday afternoon. She had nothing to say as she left the jail.

A friend walked out of the jail with her after someone put up her 350 dollar cash bond.

When we asked how it felt to be out of jail, Mills only sighed and walked to the car, still dressed in her flight attendant uniform.

The friend who got her out of jail carried her airline carry-on bag from her unexpected delay in Lexington.

The 26-year-old flight attendant couldn't believe the charges facing her during her video arraignment on Monday. She begged the judge for a low bond, claiming she only had 50 dollars to her name.

Police arrested Mills on Sunday for alcohol intoxication and terroristic threatening. Police say Mills blew a .03, after she admitted to drinking Jack Daniels on board the commuter plane she was assigned to.

Police also charged her with terroristic threatening for allegedly yelling, "you're dead" to the captain as airport police escorted her off the plane.

Mills is due back in court next Tuesday.
