Parents who use one central Kentucky daycare are looking for a new place to take their children, after the state shut it down.
Officials suspended the license for Learn and Play Daycare in Lancaster Monday.
They say an investigation found some staff members had abused children by tying their hands or blindfolding their faces as punishment.
The state also says the daycare did not have enough people to take care of the number of children at the facility.
