Time is almost out to mail back your forms for the 2010 Census.
Census officials say all forms must be postmarked by Friday.
If you don't mail your form in, officials say you'll likely get a visit by a door-to-door Census taker sometime between May 1 and July.
As of Thursday, Census officials say 70 percent of all Kentucky households had mailed back their Census form. That matches Kentucky's participation rate in the 2000 Census.
Only North Carolina and South Carolina residents have had better participation so far this year.
Information from the Census is used to determine the number of seats each state gets in the U.S. House of Representatives, the shape of legislative and local government districts, and how $400 billion in federal funds is distributed annually to communities around the country.
