Toxicology results back on semi driver involved in deadly crash

Test results are back on the driver of a tractor-trailer that crashed into a van killing 11 people last month.

State police say toxicology results on the driver of the semi showed he did not have drugs or alcohol in his system at the time of the crash.

Police say Kenneth Laymon's semi crossed the center line of I-65 in Hart County before hitting which was carrying a Mennonite family. 10 people in the van and Laymon were all killed.

Two children survived.
