It will be next month before a flight attendant accused of being drunk on the job will appear in court.

Sarah Mills' attorney asked for more time to review evidence in a hearing on Tuesday morning. The judge granted that request.

They want to review video, obtained by 27NEWSFIRST, as well as video in possession of the FAA. The video shows the moments after Mills' arrest as well as her being booked into the Fayette County Detention Center.

She's due back in court September 11th.
