Boil Water Advisory Has Been Lifted

Posted: Fri 11:38 AM, Aug 17, 2007

A boil water advisory issued earlier this week in Harrison County has been lifted.

On Wednesday two water mains burst and more than a dozen service lines ruptured. Hundreds of people were left without water for most of the day and people on the west side of town that did have service were told to boil their water.

Town officials think a construction crew may have caused the damage.
