A line of strong to severe storms will race across central and eastern Kentucky over the next several hours.
Two men now face charges in connection with a murder from 2006.
On Tuesday, state police say the Russell County Grand Jury indicted 52-year-old Steven Williams, of Russell Springs, and 45-year-old Danny Hill, of Jamestown.
Williams is now charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence, while Hill is charged with complicity to commit murder and tampering with physical evidence.
The indictments stem from the 2006 murder of Paul Montgomery.
Williams was already in jail for federal drug charges. Hill was arrested Tuesday afternoon at his home in Jamestown.
State police say the indictments were the result of their 3 and a half year long investigation.
