Updated: Mon 2:37 PM, Aug 20, 2007

An incident at a Southern Kentucky restaurant leads to the arrest of a former county official.

Corbin Police charged former Whitley County Judge Executive Burley Foley with alcohol intoxication Friday night.

Police say they went to O'Mally's Restaurant, and found 20 people in the parking lot, including Foley and his 24-year old son.

Police say they gave the Foleys numerous warnings to leave the parking lot, and they didn't do so.
