General showers will be the main action over the next few hours. A few could remain on the strong to severe side in eastern parts of Kentucky.
A final farewell will be given Tuesday for a fallen Lexington Police officer.
Officer Bryan Durman died last Thursday.
Investigators say a hit and run driver, who is now charged with murder, hit him on North Limestone Street.
Officer Durman's funeral will be held at noon Tuesday at Southland Christian Church.
A procession going through much of Lexington will begin after the funeral at around 1 p.m.
The procession will go north on Harrodsburg Road, east onto Man o'War then onto Richmond Road.
From there, it will go downtown onto Main Street and back onto South Broadway and Harrodsburg Road to the burial site at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens, which is near Southland Christian Church.
The procession is expected to take several hours. Officers will block 100 intersections in Lexington as it moves through.
People wanting to view the procession are asked to park at Lexington Mall on Richmond Road and view it along Richmond Road.
