Lexington Police are looking for a woman who attacked a man in his home and robbed him. It happened on Malabu Place off of Malabu Drive.
Police say the woman knocked on the door of the home of Wendell Cartmell. When the 87-year-old answered she asked to use his phone. He refused, but when the woman continued to ask for the phone he brought her a cordless phone.
That's when police say the suspect knocked Cartmell down and robbed him at gunpoint. She got away with only pocket change. Police say she left in a green Toyota Camry.
