A memorial tonight for three children killed in a violent Jessamine County car crash.

10-year-old Emily Preston, 11-year-old Caleb Hildenbrandt and 12-year-old Nicholas Helton died one year ago today when the van they were riding in slammed into a tree and burst into flames.

Police say Melissa Helton was driving drunk when she crashed.

Tonight's memorial is set for seven o'clock at Nicholasville Elementary where two of the children were students.
