Woman Recovering After Being Shot By Her Husband

A Harrison County woman remains in critical condition after investigators say her estranged husband shot her.

It happened along Smith-Martin Road near Cynthiana.

Ruby Willis was shot several times, with wounds in her stomach, neck, and head.

She apparently had just filed for divorce days ago, and had returned home to pick up some belongings.

The suspect, Larry Willis, is now in custody.
