Authorities Crackdown On College Bars

Kentucky's office of alcoholic beverage control says it's keeping a closer eye on bars that cater to college students. Officials hope the move will prevent underage alcohol sales.

They say more A.B.C. investigators will check up on bars to make sure the laws are enforced. Bars can face fines of more than $1700 each time alcohol is sold to an underage person. They say underage drinkers can also face criminal charges.
