Candidates for Lexington mayor take questions from citizens

The four candidates in the Lexington mayoral race squared off Thursday night as voters had the opportunity to address them directly.

Each candidate gave a brief statement before taking questions from the crowd at the Dunbar Community Center.

Many voters asked about jobs and other economic issues.

The Civil Service Employee Association hosted the forum.

The candidates will square off again during a special edition of Kentucky Newsmakers airing at 11:00 a.m. Saturday on WKYT.
