Memorial Service Scheduled For Former State Justice

A memorial service is scheduled today in Louisville for the state's first black supreme court justice.

Justice William McAnulty died Thursday after a battle with cancer.

The service is scheduled for Highland Presbyterian Church in Louisville today.

McAnulty was only 59 years old.
