Voters dedided restaurant-only alcohol sales will continue in Burnside.
The decision was upheld yesterday in a vote of 227 to 104.
Burnside voters approved restaurant-only alcohol sales in May 2004 and alcohol sales resumed in Burnside in 2005 after more than 70 years of prohibition.
Cities and counties can have a vote under the law every three years.
