A new attraction in downtown Lexington officially opens today.
The CenterCourt condo development on South Upper Street features retail and residential space.
It is Downtown Lexington's first mixed-use project.
Mayor Jim Newberry will be on hand for the opening.
Plans for the second phase of the development will also be announced today to bring 84 more condos to the development.
