Woman arrested for cultivating pot

Some new information in the arrest of a woman accused of having thousand of dollars worth of marijuana plants.

Someone living along West Court Street in Burgin, which is in Mercer County, called police after seeing a woman move marijuana plants from a vacant lot into a house.

The police chief says he found 25 marijuana plants worth $25,000. At first, police only cited Tina Savage but now, officers have arrested her as well as another woman, Judy Butler, who was in the home.

They're charged with cultivating marijuana and trafficking within 1,000 yards of a school.
