A man was behind bars Monday night after Lexington police say he led them on a foot chase near Hamburg Pavilion.
It started around 7 p.m. after police say an officer saw a possible drug deal taking place on Polo Club boulevard.
As he approached Dee Andre Cowan, 19, started running.
Police chased him to the on ramp from Man O' War to interstate 75 southbound before making an arrest.
The suspect now faces drug trafficking charges. He also had several outstanding warrants.
