90-Year-Old Woman Sexually Assaulted During Break-In At Nursing Home
A Madison County man is behind bars after police say he broke into a nursing home and sexually assaulted a 90 year old woman.
It happened early Monday morning at the Berea Health Care Center.
Police say 24 year old Matthew Bryant was arrested soon after the incident.
They say he originally broke into the home to steal pain medication.
He's now charged with first degree sexual abuse.
Police say the home is now reviewing its security plan.
The victim is said to be doing ok.
