Eastern Kentucky Man Shot By Police

An eastern Kentucky man is in fair condition today after a state trooper shot him in the leg.

The trooper shot Stuart Grant Linz at a Magoffin County mobile home park.

Police tell 27 NEWSFIRST two Salyersville Police Officers and the State Trooper were responding to a call of a drunk man when shots were fired.

Police are still investigating who fired first.
