Horses Killed In Barn Fire

Seven horses are dead after a barn fire in Shelby County.
The fire broke out just after 4:00 this morning at Pinehurst Farms on Taylorsville Road in Finchville.

27 NEWSFIRST has learned the barn was part of a boarding facility for horses.

The barn also housed an apartment. One woman lived inside the apartment and was able to make it out all right.

The barn burned to the ground.
