A mother and father are behind bars, charged in connection with a toddler's death.
Kentucky State Police arrested both 43-year old Rondall Mosley and 38-year old Carrie Brummett. They're both in the Bell County Detention Center charged with second degree manslaughter.
In March, their two-year old daughter, Kayla Mosley, was found unresponsive in a home off Highway 66 near Pineville. Autopsy results showed the toddler died from "acute combined intoxication" stemming from prescription medication.
Mosley and Brummett's bond is set at one million dollars each.
