There have been some bizarre developments in the murder case of a well-known Montgomery County businessman His widow and son claimed they were shot at on Friday.

There's still been no arrest for the murder of 58-year-old Carl Bartley, found dead in his garage in July. Police haven't named a suspect in the case, but suspicions are flying.

Bartley's son, Bradley, claims that he and his mother were driving along Spruce Valley Road near Jeffersonville on Friday afternoon to sell some horses.

He claims a minivan, driven by one of his father's former employees, blocked the road. Bradley Bartley says the man hit his car with a baseball bat and then shot at it several times.

So far, there have been no arrests in connection with that incident, but late Friday afternoon, Pam Bartley was arrested on an unrelated charge.

She was booked on an outstanding warrant for carrying prescription drugs outside of their proper container.
