This morning's rain didn't stop dozens of volunteers from taking part in the annual Kentucky River Clean Sweep.
People with boats along with officials from waste management, the fire department and streets and road gathered at the Clays Ferry Bridge for the cleanup. This is the 19th year for the clean sweep. Volunteers covered about 12 miles of river in Fayette County during today's event.
