Man Shot By Son Released From Hospital

A Southern Kentucky man police say was shot by his own son is now out of the hospital.

Anthony Cordell was released from UK Med Center where's he's been treated since Thursday's shooting.

Police say Cordell's son, Dustin, shot and killed his mother, Kandi, and then shot his father before taking off.

He was arrested in Tennessee, but is now back in McCreary County to face Kentucky murder and assault charges.
