Service To Honor State's First Black Justice

A memorial service will be held today in the rotunda of the Capitol in Frankfort, to remember former Supreme Court Justice William McAnulty.

McAnulty died in August, after a battle with cancer. He was 59.

He was Kentucky's first African American Supreme Court Justice.

Today's service is open to the public. It begins at eleven.
