Wet Roads May Have Caused Deadly Crash

Kentucky State Police are investigating whether wet roads contributed to a deadly accident.

State Police say 21-year-old Melissa Frisby of West Liberty was traveling northbound on KY 519 when she lost control and hit a guardrail. The vehicle finally stopped in a grassy area off the road.

Police say roads were wet at the time of the accident.
