Gas Station Clerk Bitten During Robbery (Raw Video)

A Danville woman is in jail charged with attempted murder for what police say happened during a violent robbery at a gas station.

Investigators say 29-year-old Victoria Spoonamore tried to rob the Chill's Quick Stop in Danville.

When the clerk fought back, she says Spoonamore bit her, and screamed that she had AIDS.

The clerk suffered two bites, both of which broke the skin.

Spoonamore is charged with wanton endangerment, robbery and attempted murder, and is lodged at the Boyle County Jail.

Danville Police say HIV test results are not back yet on her.
