Whitley County Man Set To Go On Trial For Murder
A murder trial is set to begin Wednesday morning in the case of a man accused of killing his roommate and setting a fire to cover up the crime.
Jeffrey Moses is charged with killing 62-year-old Leonard Collins in January 2006.
A defense attorney has said Moses blacked out from too much alcohol and doesn't remember the fire.
If convicted, Moses could be sentenced to life in prison.
