Grand jury will get church fire case

A grand jury will now decide what charges a man should face for a church fire.

Kentucky State Police say the case against Jeremy Perry will be presented to a Carter County grand jury next month. Police charged Perry with receiving stolen property after the Rose Rich Apostolic Church in Olive Hill burned last week. Police say the church appeared to have been set on fire.

Officers say two guitars stolen from the church were in Perry's home. They have not charged him with the fire, but have said he's a suspect in the case. Perry remains in the Carter County Detention Facility.
