A man accused of kidnapping and murder made another court appearance Monday.
Robin Maple is accused of escaping from the Montgomery County jail in November 2008, kidnapping his 14-month-old child then killing the child's mother, Melissa Patrick.
In today's hearing, the prosecution and defense discussed the exchange of additional evidence before his trial.
A judge also discussed where Maple will be housed before his trial. No date has been set for that trial.
Maple's parents tell 27 NEWSFIRST this has been a difficult time for the entire family, including the children they now have custody of.
Maple is back in court August 23.
