Police say they have captured one man who broke into a well-known central Kentucky restaurant.
Lexington Police were notified of the burglar alarm going off at Murray's on Harrodsburg Road in Lexington late Tuesday night.
The owner, Bobby Murray, tells 27 NEWSFIRST he was also notified and looked at his surveillance system from his home.
He says he saw a man dressed in black breaking into his restaurant.
After a foot pursuit, police dogs tracked down 46-year-old Brian Finney.
He was arrested.
Police think another burglar got away.
Just last week, the co-owner of Murray's, Elizabeth "Libby" Arn Murray, passed away.
The family also owns Merrick Inn in Lexington.
