A trial date has been set in the case of a man accused of setting fire to a historic section of downtown Frankfort.

Stephen Malcolm's trial will begin November 19th in federal court.

Malcolm, who is being held in the Fayette County Detention Center, is charged with arson.

Investigators say he admitted to starting the fire at St. Clair Mall by setting a phone book on fire next to a building.

Malcolm has pleaded not guilty.
