Educational Partnership in Kentucky

Kentucky has joined a multistate education partnership that promotes readiness for every student.

The P21 state partnership program is aimed at merging traditional reading, writing, and math with critical thinking and problem solving, communication, collaboration and creativity.

Kentucky is the 15th state to join the coalition.

Kentucky education commissioner Terry Holliday says the partnership is the state’s latest reform initiative to help ensure students are college and career-ready.
