Investigators have been following up on tips, but there's still no sign of a couple missing nearly a week.
Sonsaray Warford and Charles Walker were last seen at their Richmond apartment last Tuesday.
Their family hasn't heard from them since, and they fear the worst.
The family of a missing couple is passing out signs like this hoping someone who sees it might know something.
Gregory Todd and his family weren't hoping to spend their 4th of July holiday going from business to business across Richmond putting up a missing persons flyer.
"Yesterday was worse than any other day we'd have," says Todd. "Yesterday was a day of freedom and we don't know where she's at. We just miss her."
Instead of cooking out and celebrating freedom, two families are searching for Sonsaray Warford and Charles Walker, both last seen about a week ago.
"We are not giving up hope," says Brenda Todd, Warford's aunt. "We still believe that she's somewhere, alive and doing well."
Relatives say when they stopped by the couple's home last Tuesday, Warford's car was missing, the lights were on inside the home and her purse, cell phone and puppy were left behind.
"It's been really rough for the family," says Amy Burbridge. "We just want him to come home. He never could have left his children. He would have never up and left."
The families say tips have come in, even sparking searches in the Jigwater area but none that have led them to this Richmond couple.
"We know someone out there knows something, so we are keeping the faith and holding on," says Brenda Todd. "Regardless of which way it ends up, we just want closure."
Again, the family is asking anyone with information to call police or a member of the family.
Warford's car is still missing. It is a gold 1999 Chrysler 300M, with license plate 027 FVB.
