Special Tribute To Slain Police Chief

People in Powell County remembered a slain police chief on Friday morning.

The annual Powell County Fair Parade included a tribute to Clay City Police Chief Randy Lacy.

He was shot and killed during a traffic stop in June. Jamie Barnett, who has pleaded not guilty, has been charged with the murder.

The parade featured Lacy's cruiser and a banner in his honor.
