Central Kentucky and the WKYT family have lost one their most treasured citizens. Jane Kincaid died unexpectedly overnight following a recent surgery.

She was born the daughter of a Kentucky business icon Garvice Kincaid, the one time owner of WKYT.

Mr. Kincaid was also the owner of Central Bank & Trust.

After his death, Jane and her twin sister Joan were involved in Central Bank's operations as it grew to have assets of around $2 billion. "Her main priority became growing the business, making sure the bank was one for the community and one for the employees," said Michael Foley, the Kincaid family accountant and close friend.

Central Bank President Luther Deaton says Kincaid loved the bank, it's employees and the community.

"She would always say, 'I"m fine. how are you?' She was always concerned about how you were," said Foley.

Jane Kincaid was 68 years old.

She is survived by two sons, four grandchildren and her twin sister.

Funeral arrangements are still pending.
