Attempted Sexual Assault On UK Campus

University of Kentucky Police issued a safety alert following the report of an attempted sexual assault on campus.

A female student reported to UK Police that a man approached her around 7:30 p.m. Saturday, behind the Lancaster Aquatic Center at 416 Complex Drive.
The woman says the man tried to pull down her pants.

A UK Police alert described the suspect as a white male, 6'5" to 6'6",
very thin build, possibly 175-180 pounds with short brown hair, pale complexion, with a little bit of stubble to his beard. The subject was wearing black shorts, red t-shirt, and white tennis shoes with black stripes.

UK Police are asking anyone who may have seen a subject matching the above description or anyone acting suspicious to call 911.
