A robbery suspect accused of biting a store clerk plead not guilty to attempted murder, among other charges today.

29-year-old Victoria Spoonamore has tested positive for HIV.

Today she plead not guilty to all charges, including attempted murder, wanton endangerment, and robbery.

Spoonamore appeared via camera from the Boyle County Jail, where she has been held since her arrest last week.

The robbery, at Chill's Quick Stop in Danville, was caught on tape.

Police say Spoonamore got into a fight with the clerk, bit her, and then shouted she had AIDS.

The clerk will take medications, and will have to wait one year to learn if she's HIV positive.

A preliminary hearing is set for later this month.

Spoonamore is being held on a $500,000 cash bond.
