Former library executive director files lawsuit

A year after being fired, the former executive director of the Lexington Public Library has filed a lawsuit.

Kathleen Imhoff is suing the library and its chairman, Larry Smith.

In the lawsuit, Imhoff claims she was dismissed without cause, and claims the library owes her salary as part of her employment agreement.

Imhoff was fired over an alleged spending scandal. She denies doing anything wrong.
