Bank Robbery Suspects Enter Not Guilty Pleas

Posted: Tue 1:05 PM, Sep 18, 2007

Three men accused of robbing a southern Kentucky Bank had not guilty pleas entered on their behalf, but they could now face more serious federal charges.

Police say John Worley, Justin Coffey and Thomas Rooks robbed the Cumberland Valley National Bank in Williamsburg yesterday.

Police in Corbin later spotted a car matching the getaway car description with red dye from the money on its windows.

Police arrested the three who are from Russell Springs and held them on state robbery charges, while the FBI continues its investigation.
